Why I started
Easy Navigations wasn’t born out of a business plan; it was born out of lived experience. I know what it feels like to stand at the edge of a mental health maze, needing help desperately, only to be met with endless waitlists, confusing insurance runaround, and a system that feels completely indifferent to human pain.
My turning point came when I realized that fighting the system shouldn’t be a prerequisite to healing. I saw firsthand how much a single, informed advocate could change the entire trajectory of care-turning panic into a plan, and isolation into support.
That’s why I started Easy Navigations. Because no one should ever have to fight the healthcare system alone when they are trying to heal.
